Our trainers are very durable and will not require replacement parts from regular use. However if any components of the pivot do fail it is recommended to contact us for service as disassembly/assembly is difficult and not recommended.

Requesting service is easy.

• Simply purchase our service package for a flat $10 fee

• Send us your trainer ( you will be required to pay shipping to our PO box ).

• We will contact you to confirm your request and send you shipping instructions.

• All pivot components will be replaced and greased.

All trainers come with a one year warranty, you will receive a warranty code in the box with your purchase, simply reference this number in the promo section at checkout, all you will need to cover is shipping to us.
